Yorkie Puppy Food Recalled Due To Salmonella

To keep your dog Safe, I will continue to try and post updated lists on Recalled Dog Foods. I have received phone calls of concerned Yorkie owners with their dogs having signs of diarrhea and lethargy being a compliant only to find out that where unknowingly feeding recalled dog food products. A Voluntary Dog Food Recall on March 25th, 2013 was made for BARF World, Incorporated. It is recalling frozen raw dog food that consists of the following lineup:

BARF Lamb Patties – With Use By Dates of July 27th, 2013

BARF Combo Patties – With Use By Dates of July 27th, 2013

BARF Combo Patties (BULK SIZE) – With Use By Dates of July 27th, 2013

The facility where this dog food is produced had tested positive for Salmonella in other items. The FDA has a Zero Tolerance Policy for Salmonella in pet foods and the BARF World company wanted to voluntarily recall products that where manufactured that day of the testing to be precautious.
